Hey Reader, Quick question: have you ever waited for the perfect moment… and it never came? As you’re reading this, I’m driving up to Atlanta from Florida to go see the Let Them show by Mel Robbins tonight. It’s… not ideal timing. We’re driving 8 hours today, going to the show tonight, and driving back first thing tomorrow morning. And honestly? That’s exactly how most of the things we want in life show up. At the worst timing. A part of me almost said, “This is too much… maybe next time.” But if you really want to experience them… you’re the one who has to make them happen. You're the one who has to take the long ride, make the uncomfortable calls, complete the complicated application, listen to the videos while in the gym, and start making the offers (even when you hate selling). Because here’s the truth: A lot of the time, you’ll make the perfect plan… …and then life will blow it up in seconds.💣😅 That’s why I want to remind you of this: You don’t need perfect conditions to do meaningful things.
And you can still create something new in your life, even when everything feels messy. This past week? Everything felt like a lot. I signed up for a new class. And honestly… It felt like I was constantly behind. So I adapted.
Was it perfect? Not even close. It felt messy. Overwhelming... Incomplete. Some days I missed things. And I think that’s where most people get stuck. Because we expect ourselves to execute perfectly… in a life that isn’t. Especially when you’re in a new season:
It’s going to feel like a lot. And the “perfect version” of your plan? It probably won’t exist anymore. And here's what I want you to know and the reminder I got myself this past week: You’re not dropping the ball. You’re adapting. You’re adjusting your old reality to a new one. And that can feel like you’re falling behind… but you’re not. You’re just learning how to move forward in a different way. You’re not behind. You’re just building a new rhythm. And even in the middle of all that… You can still take action. Small. Imperfect. Consistent action. That’s how momentum is built. You don’t need the perfect version. You just need a version that works right now. Because your life isn’t waiting for everything to align. And the things you want? They’re not going to show up when it’s convenient. They show up when you decide to go for them anyway. You're capable of moreI end every email I send you with the phrase, "You are loved, you are worthy, and you are capable of creating a life you love. Always." And I truly believe that. I know there’s something that keeps calling you. A small idea. Because it feels too big (or too small). But that’s how everything meaningful starts. First, it's quiet. Barely there. Small. Easy to ignore. But ideas don’t grow into something amazing by thinking about them. They grow into beautiful things by taking action on them. Like the seeds that are planted in your head, you have limitless potential inside of you. And with a little bit of care, water, and light, something that you cannot see yet can take root and grow. Action is what gives them the care, the water, and the light they need. So whatever that “seed” is for you… Whether you're starting a business, learning a new skill, writing a book, registering for a class, moving to a new place, starting a family, making art, or volunteering for a cause you care about, your ideas and dreams matter. I hope this note inspires you to take whatever those seeds may be for you, out of your head. And start. That's how new things in your life grow. You’ve got this. Reply to this email and tell me, what’s one thing you’ve been waiting to start? P.S. If you’ve been telling yourself “someday” over and over again… this episode is for you. In this episode of Confidence Is Overrated, we explore why so many people often feel stuck: Not because you don’t know what to do, but because your goals are too far in the future to create real action. Watch here.

Hey Reader, I have to be honest, this past week I listened to an audiobook about time that completely changed how I see it. All my life, I have been at war with time. I always felt I was behind, late, or that I didn't have enough time to do things. I had always seen time as this restrictive constraint that was against me. Now, this is funny because the audiobook I've been listening to is called "Time is a Tool", by Dr. Benjamin Hardy and Blake Erickson, and it talks about how you can use the...
Good morning Reader, As you start your day, drink your morning coffee, and get through your Sunday routine, I want you to sit for a moment with this one question: How badly do you want change? Not the dramatic 'overhaul your life, take everything out, and move to Bali' kind of change either. But the quieter one. The one where you know there are many things you want to do and experience, you have many dreams and goals you want to accomplish, you have many relationships you want to build or...
Hey Reader, Whether you’re celebrating Easter today or simply moving through a slower Sunday, I hope this gives you a little space to pause and come back to yourself. We’ve officially completed the first 90 days of 2026. And if I’m being honest, the past couple of weeks, and even the past couple of months, have felt heavy for me. Not in a dramatic, "everything-is-falling-apart" way.But in that quieter way, anxiety often shows up when you’ve been carrying and worrying about too much for too...
