Hey Reader, This is going to be a short one. I recently saw a question that helps you make decisions when you feel paralyzed by them. When you're considering big (or small) decisions, a simple question you can ask yourself is: "What would make the story better?" Or even, "What story would be the one I would want to tell?" Looking at the big picture, if you considered yourself the main character in a book or a movie, what is the storyline you would want to read or watch? What is the plot that would excite you? When you think about it from that perspective, very often the answer calls for taking more action and agency over our lives. 99% of the time, you will find that the story where you tried, even if it doesn't work out, is the most interesting story to tell. Because what makes a good story worth sharing is not necessarily a happy or impressive ending. A good story is interesting to tell because it's relatable, it makes you feel something, even when things don't work out perfectly. So, this coming week, when you're making decisions (both big and small), I want you to stop focusing only on the outcomes you may or may not get, and to focus instead on the stories you want to live through, experience, and share about later on. Your life is the plot of the book you're writing and the movie you're producing. The changes, the transformations, the pivots, the experiments, the things that didn't work or that failed, the things that surprised you, all of those are just the story getting richer (and worth sharing) each time. So if you're deciding and doubting something, be honest with yourself, would it make the plot of your life better if you do it? A Quote For Next WeekGet moving and adjust along the way"With a bow and arrow, you aim before you shoot. But in most areas of life, aiming is something you can do throughout the process.
You can always adjust: your career path, your business strategy, your relationships, your workout program, your plans for next Wednesday. It's all adjustable along the way.
So, pick a direction and get moving. Once you start, you learn along the way, and there are plenty of opportunities to refine your plan." - James Clear.
P.S. If you’ve been stuck in overthinking, procrastination, or constantly saying “I’ll start soon”… this episode is going to shift the way you see yourself. Watch here.

Hey Reader, We all experience preconceived notions, limiting beliefs, disempowering thought patterns, and failures. The issue is when these become our roadblocks, and many times, the 'excuses' we use to not try something. Often, we treat these things as permanent in our lives. And until we realize that they're not fixed things and that we can therefore change them, nothing can change. That's why today I want to tell you about the concept of neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity is the brain’s...
Hey Reader, Quick question: have you ever waited for the perfect moment… and it never came? As you’re reading this, I’m driving up to Atlanta from Florida to go see the Let Them show by Mel Robbins tonight. It’s… not ideal timing. We’re driving 8 hours today, going to the show tonight, and driving back first thing tomorrow morning. And honestly? That’s exactly how most of the things we want in life show up. At the worst timing. When it feels like a thousand other things are happening. When life...
Hey Reader, I have to be honest, this past week I listened to an audiobook about time that completely changed how I see it. All my life, I have been at war with time. I always felt I was behind, late, or that I didn't have enough time to do things. I had always seen time as this restrictive constraint that was against me. Now, this is funny because the audiobook I've been listening to is called "Time is a Tool", by Dr. Benjamin Hardy and Blake Erickson, and it talks about how you can use the...
